Located on the side of the new highway leading to LAU, this project provides both low cost dorms and studios for students, besides many other facilities such as study room, entertainment facilities, shops, restaurants, ... The challenge faced in the design was how to deal with steep slopes, where the highest point of the site was at 2m below the street level, especially that the project contains commercial functions.
