Located in the heart of Mar Mikhael, a crowded neighborhood of Beirut, the project introduces new functions to the area: Hotel, Commercial and Offices along with few small residential units (30, 60 & 90 m2). The design is to introduce a new spirit to the area while preserving the typical aspect imposed by the surrounding.
